This is our second stay at Potters and we’ll likely book again next year. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfy. We enjoyed a yummy dinner at the restaurant which was super convenient albeit a little pricey.
We could hear the kids at the play centre next door but it wasn’t a problem, in fact it was quite sweet, they were obviously having fun!
The reception staff are what makes this place! Kudos to them and their friendly welcome - much appreciated!

A comfortable property in a great location walking distance to shops restaurants and parks. Easy free parking. A very enjoyable few days.

Welcoming from the moment we arrived,full attention to detail re shopping and eating which was also very conveniently located to the Grand Central shopping and eating precinct .
Easy parking and complimentary.
We will definitely return.
Room very clean , quiet and comfy.
Don't hesitate to stay at Potter's Toowoomba.

A reasonable property, which is clean, and with excellent staff.
However, intending guests should be aware there is a childcare facility next door, and it becomes noisy with young children very early - before 6:30 AM.
