Wow in 2 years we've never had a score of 1 from a review. We are sorry you felt like you needed to leave our motel such a low score for your stay with no explanation as to why. We have tried to reach out to you and will try again as we are sure our motel deserves way more than that. Natasha

Owners were very friendly and welcoming the breakfast was amazing and were very happy to help with any needs would definately come back here anytime we are in Toowoomba

The room was so clean. Loved the tidy gardens. Handy to everything. Friendly, helpful owners. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night, Tracy was so nice, very accommodating, and we even checked in earlier, which is very much appreciated, I really needed that to prepare for the purpose of my stay here. Thank you Tracy. In the future if I need to stay in Toowoomba, definitely will stay here again.

We love the keyless entry, communication and the fact that you send the pin as soon as the room is ready. We also like how friendly and approachable you are. I missed an iron this time but know if I asked you would have helped out. We like the decore changes too. Keep up the wonderful service. Thanks.
