What a delightful stay! This hotel is perfectly located close to the airport and offers easy access to exciting outstation trips to the breathtaking Rajasthani desert 🏜. While the interiors could use a little modernization, especially the hall carpets and mattresses on the 5th floor, the overall experience was fantastic!
We did encounter a curious situation with what sounded like a torrential flow of water above our room on the 3rd floor, but the incredibly helpful reception team sprang into action, swiftly changing our room the very next day. Their responsiveness truly made a difference!
As someone who prefers milder flavors, I was pleasantly surprised at how the restaurant staff went above and beyond to cater to my non-spicy preferences. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made dining a joy!
Every member of the staff was courteous and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that I cherished. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return for another joyful visit!

The food well presented and everything high quality. Make sure to have the breakfast! This was my first time in Jaipur and I plan to come again. I will be staying at Hotel Orchid when I do. Enjoy this wonderful place as much as I have.

The bed was in a pathetic condition, the mattress was stained with human secretions and was sagging from center. Mattress was covered with mattress cover, couldn’t sleep the whole night. Complaint was reported to the duty manager Bhavuk and he had no answer to the complaint, he assured me of connecting me to the general manager but till now no news and to my utter surprise, when I called, he did not pick up the call and never called me back. Very poor response on the management’s part. Not at all value for money. This was my first stay with Royal Orchid, Jaipur and probably the last. We are on a family vacation to India but started on a very bad note.
