"The ac in the room didn't work "

"The check in was painful. Son already checked in ahead of us around 7PM then we followed at 2am since we are coming from out of town. We explained to the guy the I am the mom I have a the copy of the receipt of the check in and if we can have additional key to get in the guy asked us to wake up my son and call the front desk. I explained that he will have an emergency procedure the following morning so Please not to wake him up. Guy insisted to wake him up even asked to come down and let us know we can go up. We explained again that he might be dizzy and premedicated and still insist to wake him up. We understand the rule however a compassion goes a long way. I will not stay on this hotel again for that reason. "

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was the parking. It’s quite expensive, and since valet service is required, we felt obligated to tip each time the car was brought out, which quickly added up on top of the parking fee. That said, aside from the parking cost, everything else about our stay was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here."
