Staff was very friendly, room was clean, hotel dining area was constantly being cleaned by staff. Overall great experience!

It was very clean. I enjoyed the spooky view. I also enjoyed the fact that they had popcorn there for the guests.

Desk clerk at check in was extremely slow and very condescending, was put in what had to be a smoking room the smell was so strong it made our clothes smell like we were smokers, would not recommend it at all
