Needs an upgrade from rooms to dining. Staff not helpful and wanted to charge 400 rupees for drinks which we didn’t have. Did not replace towels, had to go and ask every day. No phone in the room, physically had to go to reception. Not much choice in the buffet. Would not recommend.

Proximity to the sea -shore was appealing. The food was well cooked. There is need to change the bed it is very uncomfortable and the linen is of poor quality. The furniture is also of poor quality. Need to provide water and body lotion even at a cost. Mosquitos were a nuisance, they can be controlled by spraying. It does not make sense to run a hotel without wifi facilities for guests. Most guests are business people who want to do business while at the hotel. This was a huge let down because wifi was available at the reception so one had to go to the reception area to access wifi. Remember people are prepared to pay for good service.

Whoever took the photos of this property did an excellent job because in reality it doesn't look much like this. In need of renovation.
