I am impressed with whole experience at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The rooms were super cleaned to detail. Breakfast was amazing with such a great variety of fresh dishes. I felt so welcome.. Customer service welcomed us with a sweet personalized welcome note. I am so happy my family and I chose this hotel. I definitely recommend it I and will stay here again in the future.

Great option if you need to stay in this area. Very clean, spacious rooms, good common areas. The staff was specially attentive and helpful.
Totally recommend!

El hotel y staff excelentes! Definitivamente no es un area para caminar. Pero tomando un taxi, a 10 minutos llegas al centro de Metepec.

Metepec
Posted 29 Oct 2023 on HotelsWonderful stay for a total of 8 nights. Hotel is super clean, especially enjoyed the awesome water pressure and lots of hot water and the firm and comfortable bed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carlos Evan Gicomo. Loved the included breakfast, lots of choices and the Sunday buffet was overwhelming. The restaurant staff was wonderful especially our lovely hostess Judich Hernandez.
