The Staff were very accommodating. They were always available to help and make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is gorgeous!
The staff ia polite, but would be nicer if they smiled more.
The shower’s temperature was uncontrollable… either too hot or too cold…
But the hotel and cabins are absolutely incredible!!

It is a natural sanctuary with incredible gastronomy and service. You HAVE to take into account that you walk on uneven and slippery territory to be able to go to the rooms, restaurant and pool. It is not easy to get around. If you are sensible to light at night, the trail lights stay on all night and the curtains let the light in.

The hotel was absolutely exquisite. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds gorgeous. The staff so amaxing. And every meal we had was gourmet delicious outstanding.
