Staff really rude kept complaining about being short staffed…I had to call to see if my room was ready bc they said it might not be ready by check in due to short staff i called to do a earlier check in if possible. They profiled be bc i asked if i could check in early to set up a cake early they said we have a no party policy which i did not have a party i just wanted to set up cake and decorate the room for 1 person. When we check out the front desk clerk said ohhh you weren’t loud at all as if you were waiting for us to be loud very rude instead of saying thank you. Also asked for 4 towels front desk clerk asked didn’t the room come with towels i politely said yes there was no towels in the swim area so we used the ones from the room just rude and unprofessional I would not recommend

Staff was kind and very helpful when our key card kept malfunctioning. Warm welcome and helpful. It’s also very convenient to interstate. The only downside is that property shows a bit of wear and tear in the rooms.

Overall a nice hotel with a good breakfast. But the room left something to be desired in cleanliness. The major things like the bed and bathroom were fine (except the refillable soap dispenser in the shower was empty). But we intended to use the pull out sofa bed for our kids. When we opened it, it was absolutely filthy. Stained mattress, dirt, loose candy, and no sheets. Even if sheets had been provided, I would not have let my children sleep on that disgusting mattress.

Good location, easy to get to, room was better than the compaction in the area.

Traveling with a dog, lots of grass and a sidewalk for walking around the hotel. Very easy access from 80/90, and lots of food options within 15 minutes
