Roach motel
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsNot really sure where to start…we arrived later in the evening so, I ran in to check us in, drop our bags off and run to find dinner for my family and I. The night staff was very nice. When we finally arrived to the room, I Made a joke about it being a"roach motel" not knowing it would actually be a reality. When we woke up the next morning,we went down to breakfast, the man at the counter was rude about me asking for plates and cups. The waffles you get to make were delicious. But,when we got back to our room to pack up and leave, there were at least three decent sized cockroaches in the room we were sleeping in!
From the cigarette burns in the bedding to the rude staff and the creepy crawlies, I urge you, do your research. Even if it's just for a quick stay. 6.5 stars is too much for this place.

I shared your comment with member of management, and I sent you an email addressing your comments and action we have taken. Because of your diligent housekeeping were able to go to the floor above you and turn the shower off. Again thank you both for your swift action and for staying with us!
