Convenient location
Posted 5 Mar 2024 on HotelsOur room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. The mattresses on the bed were rather hard so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. All in all would stay here again for the location.

The day staff excellent, the night shirt staff the worst.

The hotel must've undergone extensive renovation in recent years as the furniture looks new. Our room was cozy but adequate for a short stay. It has a French balcony with an unobstructed view of the new town. The hotel is conveniently located between the bus terminal and the old town. Using the escalator system, all attractions are easily accessible from the hotel. The continental breakfast is freshly prepared by the staff upon your order, and the staff are very friendly.

Recommended hotel - would stay again
Posted 30 Sep 2022 on HotelsNice clean hotel in a good position for exploring Toledo. Close to the foot of the elevator to take you up to the old city so no need to climb any steps. Short walk to train station. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Had everything we needed for a short break.
