I was charged double and it’s hard to reach them by phone

I can confirm that this is the only charge reflected on my end, and there is no indication of a double charge.I will send the receipts to the email we have on file so you can review them on your side. We had a wonderful experience during our overnight stay. It is a Beautiful hotel offering Spacious modern designed rooms and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast is offered in the restaurant.

Mark, the front desk concierge was a terrible person with horrible customer service. He should learn the meaning of customer service. He was very rude and did not reply to our polite greetings. When we asked him to have a nice day, he just stared at us. When we said hello, he just stared at us. He clearly could understand what we were saying, he just chose not to speak back. I don’t know if he is a racist or prejudice however he is unprofessional and we did not feel welcomed in addition to that because he chose not to speak to us, he charged the wrong card. He didn’t ask us what card we wanted to charge. He assumed we wanted to charge the card that we had on hold and to avoid talking to us he just charged the card without asking, or communicating what he was doing. He also charged the wrong price which sent my account into overdraft. I am still waiting for the hold to “fall off”. He is the worst part of our stay. Everyone and everything else was perfect!

Beautiful hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Customer service was excellent. However, I did find two bugs in my room near the window.
