Not as clean as used to be. Mold and mildew on grout and shower glass wall track crevices. Not as clean as last year when stayed there.

We where just passing through Toledo on a day trip around the island . The Ocean Breeze is a nice location along the main road along the Coast . We didnt require much so amenities wherefine for us. The Property is very Well kept and Clean the Staff are Pleasant and Nice to Talk with . Happy We stayed there on our way through. The only Zonk i can give being a Coffee Guy there was no Coffee sugar or creamer in the room. Over all i gi e it a Thumbs Up !!!

First no bottle water in room and less paid for second power was off for two days. Facility only has generator for main office not for rooms. Third pool was unusable due to pool leak. Fourth was the only guest in the hotel and all employees screaming at the top of their lungs in front of the room at 6:30 AM. fifth issue when arrived to the hotel, no water pressure in the room and the pipes when the water was on smelled like rusted lines

Hi Sir Robert,Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments following your recent stay with us at the Ocean Breeze Resort.Regrettably, I find your commentary a little distorted. Please allow me to clarifyThe power outage was due to the main road Pole top transformer supplied by the local power provider malfunction due to consistent rain. The outage commenced at 9.28pm on 16th July. Our security called the fault immediately. The power provider arrived at 1.00am on 17th July to rectify the problem. Unfortunately the same fault occurred again at 5.am the same day. Again we were at the mercy of the power company service to rectify the fault. They connected supply once again at 9.00am on July 17th. Total hours of outage was 8hrs. The Resort has a back up generator that supplies power to the Front Desk office area and guest walkways for emergency access. Water supply to all guest rooms does not function during a power outage as it is distributed by a electric circulating pump.All water piping through out the resort is PPR plastic in nature and not steel. As I reside in the Resort I have never experienced a rusty smell from the water supply lines.There is bottle water located in the refrigerator in all guest rooms as part of the Mini Bar for guest use.Due to the extreme amount of rainfall the swimming pool relief drain valve became stuck open allowing the pool water to diminish rapidly. It did take us same time to locate the fault. I'm pleased to advise that problem is now rectified.I'm extremely disappointed that loud staff communication disturbed you in the early hours of the morning. I have since counselled those involved to prevent this issue from happening again.,Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience that was caused.I hope that it is not too long before you once again allow us the opportunity to offer you a warm welcome back when next you require accommodation in the Port City of Toledo.Kind regardsRodney CoatesOwner/Manager

I consider Ocean Breeze my home away from home. Customer service is outstanding and it’s very safe. Staff goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations:).

Very friendly and approachable staff. Good furnished room. Superb Filipino and western food. Very quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Two pools for adults and kids. Barbecue in front of resort is good . I am very thankful for this resort management, chief and other all staff. Because they make my holidays very memorable. I am waiting to book another holiday in this resort soon.
