We had some difficulty getting into the hotel since our code didn't work, but the staff was very quick to help us. The lobby feels like a small garden in the middle of the city.

Just the shower was unconfortable due to a bad design

Terrible check-in with no service
Posted 13 May 2024 on HotelsCheck-in was awful. We were panicked we were going to be sleeping on the street for a while because we couldn’t get anyone from the hotel to help us access their overly complicated code door systems.

The hotel is beautiful inside and very cozy. I liked it a lot in that sense. However, there was a pit smell in the reception area which was not comfortable. Additionally, you can hear other guests through the walls. Overall it was a good experience because the hotel looks really nice. However, I would explore other options next time.

Although the place is really as beautiful as it appears on the photos and my room was confortable and clean -as expected-, the walls are SO thin one can hear absolutely EVERYTHING from the adjacent rooms (curiously not so much from the corridors). My neighbours must have been a young passionate couple that kept me awake until past 4 am, even with noise cancelling headphones. To complete the experience, the building’s front door’s code pad was broken in the morning so I couldn’t get back to my room after breakfast (there is no restaurant nor reception in the building). I guess I was unlucky.
