Got a hair on my plate when having breakfast I told them they took the plate told them I didn’t want it anymore and when the check comes they were charging for the plate had to tell them that I wasn’t going to pay for.

Dear Guest, Sorry for the iconvenience. you haven't been charged for the breakfast, even though the alleged hair in your plate wasn't find.The staff in the kitchen wears protections and every plate is double checked by the waiters before beign served.

Food is amazing, pool is unique in the area. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. 10/10 our favorite beach hotel

Road conditions are the only downside, I recommend a truck or AWD suv. The location is secluded which makes it a unique experience

This is the second time we stay at the hotel. We love how quite and close to the beach is. The restaurant is the best in the area, with variety of meals and drinks. Staff is super friendly and open to help.

There’s an insane amount of mosquitoes and flys especially at night time, I shouldn’t feel the urge to go inside my room as soon as I’m done eating so I don’t get eaten by insects. Cocktails are overpriced.

Dear Guest,is rainy season in Nicaragua. We are an open air property in the middle of the wilderness. Although we constantly fumigate, the occasional peak in microwildlife is unavoidable during a very wet week. Sorry, we can't control mother nature, however repellent is always avaialble at front desk in case you forgot yours.We proud ourselves for the excellency of our coktails. The drinks menu' is advertised on our web site and believe is fairly priced.

Such a wonderful place to spend the week. The oceanfront room was excellent, the food was great, and the staff truly made the place special. The ladies who work there are the best!
