Easy check in. Drinking water (cold and hot) is always available at the lobby. Safe entry to the hotelafter midnight. Friendly and responsible staff.

Ueno hotel has really good staff both at the front on the back of house. They hotel is close to Ueno station and has ample convenience stores nearby. The room is small by western standards but is very clean and usable. I would stay with them again

Good location, but cigarette smoke come in from other rooms.

Very good option to stay. Walking distance to Ueno station. Tons of restaurants in the area. Rooms are a little small.

This place is very close to a major training station (Ueno) and it is very convenient. We even took a direct training from the airport to this hotel without any problem.
The breakfast is also very nice. My son loves the breakfast very much!
I saw they have washer and dryer on site though we did not use it.
