Simple accommodations but very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to several major train lines. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff who prepared great meals to fuel you for long days and nights of exploring Tokyo. Incredible stay and I am so pleased I chose Toyoko Inn Shinjuku.

Hotel room is quite clean and the room size is pretty decent.
Buffet breakfast is also pretty good.
The reception staff (Mr Lin) is very nice in helping us arranging courier of luggage to Osaka.

Had the opportunity to stay here for a week my first time in Tokyo. The staff are wonderful, and having a breakfast and cup of coffee ready in the morning was great.
Nothing fancy but a great jumping off point for your adventures.
