Great receptionist -- I had lost my backpack on the skyliner and the receptionist (didn't get her name) helped me contact the station to get it back! I was able to head over and retrieve my belongings.
While the room is a bit cramped, the hotel has all the required amenities and is as expected for a budget stay that's not a hotel.
The location itself is alright. If you're looking to stay in Asakusa, then look no further. But, if you're looking for somewhere more lively at night with more convenient access to other parts of Tokyo, then perhaps consider another area.

The staff was utterly charming and so very helpful. The rooms were nice.
The area was perfect for walking, shopping and temples.
A very good experience indeed!!

It was a perfect location and hotel - would love to stay here again . Rooms are small so that’s something to consider if you have a lot of luggage but other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Lots of restaurants around the hotel. How’s it about 15 mins walk to subway.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Excellent services however the standard double room we got on the second floor is very small :(
