While most of the customer service staff does not speak good English, they have been helpful in assisting me to find doctors when my friend was unwell. The only thing being that they do not provide additional pillows when I asked for extra pillows as the provided pillows are too soft. If they have units that are bigger than 23 m2, it would be of great advantage.

Property is perfect because of different train stations in walking distance. My second experience in staying at this chain of hotels, modern, washing machine was good, a lovely experience. There is alot of construction in the area, hotel was quiet.

Convenient location near plenty train lines, especially if you need the Yamanote line or the Shinkansen. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was well kept! The room is great and it’s a great deal for the inclusion of a fridge, microwave, and laundry machine. Would certainly stay again!

Cigarrette smoke and a really bad smoke as if something was burning was going through the bathroom vent. Bed sheet had debris on it, limited housekeeping. Not worth the higher price we paid compared to the other hotels.

It was a very nice overall stay. There’s a combo wash/dry machine in the unit which made it very convenient. We tried their breakfast which we thought was on a pricey side but it’s okay, food was delicious and nicely presented.

No one spoke English or any other language than Japanese so hard to communicate. Very little things to do around the property close to subway system to get to other places but hard to find places walking distance for late night

Everything was above average. The hotel was just right next to the metro station. The room even came with a laundry machine which was convenient to us. Breakfast was just the ordinary Japanese standard. There was not much to do around the hotel.
