I stayed here for 5 nights with my family and really enjoyed it. It was so nice to have a fridge, microwave, and washing machine/dryer in the room. I also loved the balcony in our room. The room was very clean. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Shibuya, but we connected to Shinsen and the walk is less than 5 minutes to a subway. The area is very quiet and safe.

The Tokyu Stay Shibuya was wonderful. The staff were friendly and recommended great restaurants. The property is incredibly clean, the area is very quiet.
The room itself had tons of amenity’s packed into a small place. Laundry, sink, induction hot pan. Cutlery, plates and cups. It had a fully functional kitchenette. The bed was nice and the balcony added a nice touch.
Would definitely go back!
As a pilot I live in hotels on the regular, I would happily trade some of the finest hiltons and Marriott’s I stay in for the Tokyu Stay Shibuya.

The room was spacious and clean. Our room had a mini stovetop, microwave, fridge and even a washing machine—all super convenient.

Great place to stay in Shibuya, about a 15min walk to the famous Shibuya crossing. The room was extremely clean and had great facilities including a microwave, mini fridge, sink, kettle and washer/dryer combo. Would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Shibuya!
