Everyone was so kind and it was a perfect quite area with a cute park right next to it for families that have kids!

Hotel located in a nice area, friendly staff and clean rooms. I would stay again if given the chance.

Very nice property. Easy to walk to both stations and lots to look at and do. Easy train ride to the HND or NRT airport. Very nice with elevator and non-smoking room was great! Definitely recommend to stay here and would stay again.

Transfer around Tokyo area is great as the nearby JR Kamata Station is relatively smaller (to walk through).

Hotel was not clean. The bed sheets had stains on all 3 beds. I paid for a 3 bed hotel room and there was no space to lay out luggage or sit down. Staff was very friendly and are able to communicate in English. Not a lot around the hotel. It’s a good area if you need to be close to Haneda airport.

Friendly staff and conveniently located near 2 train stations. Plenty of nearby restaurants and many are open early/late. Room was small but it was expected and we were out sightseeing most of the time so it worked. I stayed in the 3 twin bed room and description was as described.
