Used to be a great value with in room laundry. Property condition has aged. Largest room very hard to get. Other rooms are too small.

Property is past its prime. No longer good value for money. Very small rooms and larger rooms are hard to get.

There are laundry and dryer machine, kitchen with table wares, microwave…very convenient and comfortable facility!!

Used to be a better value. Rooms are very small unless reserving the largest. Post Covid housekeeping has been eliminated and only daily towels are provided. Overall property particularly rooms and bathrooms have aged without renovation. Still recommended if in room laundry is needed and for the specific location in Aoyama if room price can be below $250.

I really enjoyed the available washer/dryer and mini kitchen area in the suite we reserved. The convenience of the bus stop and nearby train station really made exploring the city a breeze. Definitely plan on returning to this hotel on our next visit!

Great location close to metro station, room had a small kitchenette and a washer dryer which made my stay even more convenient.
Not much interaction with hotel staff but housekeeping was great.

I had a small issue and asked the staff to help me out. They came immediately and resolved the issue.
It’s close to Omote Sando and Gaienmmae metro station. If I have another chance, I’ll definitely stay again!
