This is a great place to stay for location; the space is clean, but the beds were quite uncomfortable. Very stiff mattresses with flat pillows. However, the location near Shin-Okubo station is very convenient.

Very helpful Friendly staff clean room. Great location a few mins walk to jr yamonote line 10 mins walk to kabuicho very convenient

The customer service is outstanding. The staff went out there way to accommodate our needs. Beds were firm but it’s better for the back. The room was larger than expected. If you are looking for somewhere basic then this is the place.
