Sakura Tower is very comfortable and the staffing is very professional and pleasant to have around. We had a room on the executive floor for about 10 days and were very happy to have stayed here. Not cheap but worth it for us

This hotel has a perfect Tokyo Tower view and beautiful Japanese style garden. If you can book an executive floor, you can enjoy all free variety of alcohols at the executive lounge. Absolutely amazing experience! I will be there again for sure!

Great staff and very large rooms. Very clean but slightly outdated. Nothing to worry about though. Area was a bit less walkable than other areas in Tokyo. However, the train is right there and super easy to get to where you need to. Definitely recommend going to restaurant Karyon which is about 10min walk from hotel.

Very quiet and clean luxury hotel. We enjoyed walking around the Prince’s gardens during the day and lit up in the evening. Only 10 minute taxi ride from Haneda Airport. Hotel staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet (extra cost) was delicious.

The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is very quiet hotel set in a private garden connecting 3 or 4 Prince Hotels. We were able to eat in the restaurants in any of the hotels. The staff very attentive and looked after us very well

Amazing sanctuary in a very easy part of the city to explore from. Garden was incredible. Sauna, spa and onsen were magic. Plus they have relaxation room with massage chairs.

Great service and convenient location near Shinagawa Station and a lovely garden courtyard. (Just FYI - you have to pay extra if you want to use the pool)

I like the hotel location, very convenient for traveling. That save me a lot of time and stress. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. I will consider stay here again. The only issue was the swimming pool is under construction, my kids did not get to use the pool.

We loved the service here the most. Prince sakura tower was one of the best stays in our trip. Close to train station. However shinagawa is a very crowded station..and it is not shinjuku or shibuya. Few places to dine out rather than shinjuku or shibuya but we loved our stay here. Special mentions for the front desk and the spa.

Beautiful garden all staffs are super kind.3 ~4 hotels are connected,so you have choice of many restaurants (you don't have to go outside) it's like vegas hotel. Room clean and spacious compare to Japanese hotel.24 hours open 7/11 also inside of hotel
