It’s very clean and the amenities provided are plenty. You can get slippers, razor, face towel, tooth brush and cotton swabs. My only minor complain is the room and bathroom are very small but that’s to be expected of Japan.

comfortable rooms, well located to train lines as well as very close to an airport limonsine bus pickup/drop off. staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed!

Good property. Room was pretty spacious and fit 2 large suitcases. They only do a full cleaning every 3 days, however, they do change your towels and water and take out the trash every day. Location was very convenient.

Overall friendly service though not at check; staff were stress at check in time. They will not have pre registration if u arrive early, all guests check together at 3pm. Hot drinks & amenities complimentary on 2nd floor

Good location. Clean. Check in a bit awkward, moving from front to side and using their tablet. Desk wasn’t always staffed, and couldn’t help us call a restaurant to make a reservation in Japanese. Nice cappuccino machine in the lobby. Good selection of self care amenities. Restaurant okay at breakfast. Never made it to the bar.
