It was a good stay. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, Tiny but comfortable rooms. (Put your luggage under bed, you will have more space to move around) You can walk to the nearest station but you can also get taxis on the street. Staff can also request taxi for you. Overall I liked it.

It’s a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city life. After a day of exploring and shopping and coming back to the quiet hotel is nice.
Breakfast is from 7-9 which is a good time before things open up and was very decent. My fiancé and I really liked the chicken selection the four nights we stayed. They also had a mini pop-up snack bar. We didn’t catch all days but one day we saw they had strawberry-bean daifukus which were really good.
The cons of staying here is the bed is hard/firm. The location of the hotel is on hilly streets, so going to and from a convenience store or nearest train station may be a trek.

We had a great experience, helpful staff, easy check in and check out, clean, accessible, washer/dryer available. The room was a little bit small.

About 7 mins to Akasaka station. It's also near Tokyo Harry Potter tours

The only real concern we had about the hotel was how hard the mattresses were. Unfortunately, my back would hurt in the morning from it.

Well located within minutes to Metro in a quiet neighborhood.
