Grand Aoyama is a boutique hotel with an incredible location, very close to all the shops and restaurants in the Omotesando area. We were upgraded to a corner suite, and the experience was amazing. Floor-to-ceiling windows provided spectacular views, even in the bathroom. Breakfast on the 20th floor was excellent, with a beautiful view. Although it doesn’t have all the services of larger hotels (gym, spa, etc.), its design, location, and especially the kind staff make us miss it already.

The best hotel!
Posted 17 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis was quite honestly one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. Every aspect was wonderful from the service to the beautiful room. We were only staying in one of the basic queen rooms and it was better than suites I’ve stayed in at other hotels. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for their kindness and hospitality. We got engaged the night we stayed and they front desk staff were so helpful when I needed to get an adjuster for my ring which was a little big. They went out of their way for us and I am so grateful. What a beautiful experience this hotel was and I cannot wait to come back again and again!
