Great location - super walkable to many shopping and eating hotspots, as well as key subway stations! Good room with great staff

Very good location in Ginza. Near ginza six mall. And metro station within walking distance

Outdated, elevator needs new carpet, wasn’t exactly what we expected, location was very good.

Had an excellent stay at this Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The location is extremely convenient with multiple subway stations within a 10 min walk and the main Ginza shopping streets just around the corner. Hotel was clean and staff was nice; most didn't speak great English but they were very friendly and used handheld translators for more complicated requests. The rooms are small but that's pretty standard with Japan and easily manageable if you're strategic with your suitcases.

Room small, but clean. Close to 7Eleven with access within hotel building. Very close to multiple shops. Great city lights during night time shopping.

Pretty typical Japanese style hotel, but it is attached to a convenience store and down the street from Don Quijote for your tax-free shopping needs.
