Front desk personnel very nice, customer service it’s A . Ask about luggage transfer to your next hotel it will save your back and very affordable.

Small, but just enough for two people. Staff were kind and the location was great

We had another great stay at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Daimon. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location was great as it is close to the train station. Great dining options around as well. Would stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Room was clean, everything was in good condition and really well looked after. Lots of local dining options around the area and about 7-8 minutes walk from the train stations with major line network. So very convenient! Will definitely consider coming back here when i visit tokyo again! Thank you

The location is excellent especially coming from Haneda airport late in the day. The staff and rooms were great.
