The walls were thin enough to hear someone’s cough. But I was still satisfied with their nice service.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but had an idea what I wanted as a solo traveler. Smile exceeded all of my expectations & made this an unforgettable vacation. The close vicinity to the train station was my biggest need, but this area here had it all & then some too! It’s quaint & curious, the staff and facility were awesome and I must recommend anyone with similar vacation #GOALS to book here.

Near the station and so convenient to go to different places of tokyo. Sorry to say, i wont book to this hotel due to cleanliness and old bldg. Breakfast was ok.

I liked the shampoo and the conditioner.
I didn’t like the air conditioning.
That system that when you take the key from the door, the room turns very hot and when you return, it’s not cool. And it takes time to become cool again.

However, the cleanliness of the room can be improved. When I checked into the room, I found a strand of long hair behind the door which was definitely from the previous customer.

My only complaint was staying in a smoking room. Which was my fault, because I booked my room late. Everything else was perfect
