Awesome staff; very helpful. It was our second time at the Shinjuku Grandbell Hotel and we chose a suite this time which was just what we needed. Would return.

People at the feont desk go above and beyond to help you when needed. Hotel itself is beautiful and room was clean and bed was great. The breakfast is worth the extra money!! Great place to stay!

Our executiveroom was so clean everyday. I loved their toiletries. The room was quiet and breakfast was amazing. Staff speaks good English and very hospitable. Will come back again here.
