Get the larger room. Smaller rooms are quite small and walls are paper thin

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the station to take the Shinkansen. What really stood out was the tasty breakfast! They had a really good spread with lots of beverage options too. We also really appreciated the cold towels they had at the reception especially since we were there for some hotter days. I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot more than I expected! It's a great place to stay especially if you're looking for something close to the station!

Quite a climb up the hill from Shinigawa Station - otherwise very good value for money - good variety at the breakfast buffet - recommended

Reasonable hotel within 10 minute walk from Shinagawa station in quiet location.
Room size OK and above average for Japan.
Rooms are well equipped with everything you would need and only downside being that mattresses are very firm.
