The property itself is quite a bit nicer than what I expected during booking. Or at least the lobby is. The rest of the hotel feels quite dated. Still using physical keys for the doors which stylistically is neat but combined with the dated feel of everything else in the room, just made it feel even older. That said, had a pleasant stay and sleep. No real complaints.

If you’re planning a trip to seal
Satoro Gojo in shibuya this hotel is the perfect place to stay. It’s less than 10 minutes from shibuya station and shibuya square. There’s more than enough shopping and dining to keep you occupied in the immodest vicinity without even stepping foot on a train. You do have to leave your key with the front desk anytime you leave the room. However, this added a level of appreciation towards us as guests as they greeted us and said good ye to us each time we left and came back. We left the room for around 30 minutes and house cleaning got in there and did an excellent job of cleaning in that short period of time. A bit noisy but you’re in shibuya what are you expecting an hiyori in Kyoto? Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience shibuya and inner city Tokyo.

The only reason my rating isn’t higher is because the rooms were very hot and humid. We stayed end of October.

The junior suite was perfect for our family of four. Very spacious. Clean. Quiet. Lots of different teas and coffee available in room. Staff were great.

The room is spacious, clean and our large twin beds very comfortable. What we didn't like was there was no air conditioner to cool down the room.
