Very, very nice hotel especially for the price! Staff was friendly, room very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was very clean and big! Amenities were fantastic too!

Wonderful stay here. Staff was very friendly and spoke some English. Self check in was easy and wonderful amenities.

Located the hotel easy at the Waseda exit of JR Takadanobaba station. 24-hour open DONKI store is right next to the hotel entrance. 10-min walk to another supermarket, Peacock. Varied dining options nearby like Mister Doughnut, McD, KFC, Burger King. Room is clean. You need to proceed the check-in and out by yourself. The room rate is value for money.

We liked real coffee mugs in the room instead of plastic !
Also you could choose the language, mode and fan strength of the room controller.

Our stay was great. Hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is in a prime area with a station just across the street, many food options, and convenience stores/department stores. Space in the room is small, but I would say it was comfy enough for 2 people.

Stayed for 11 nights with family. Easy check in and check out. One minute walk to the train.
Close to tons of restaurants, shopping mall, donki. Will definitely recommend and stay again in this hotel.

No complaints, only that I wish I couldve stayed longer. Clean room, close to everytthing, comfortable beds and pillows, good flat screen tv, clean bathroom.

Right across from the Takadanobaba station for the JY like and other metro lines are close by. Theres also a don quoite next door as well as some resturants.
But its a little noisy at night because of this location.
The rooms were good, small, but compared to other Sotetsus we've been at I like this ones room layouts the best. I felt we had a bit more space to put our luggages and items in comparison to other hotels of this brand.
The pillows werent the best, but seem to be standard to this hotel chain as well.
But the staff were nice, friendly. The hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. And they accept luggage delivery which was important to us.
