Good hotel for the price, excellent staff, nice sized rooms if a little dated, very clean, executive lounge options for breakfast, tea, and drinks were decent, good location for local transit

Rooms were pretty dated, they need to do some renovation. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Staffs attitude was good. The best part of staying here for us was that it was right next to TCAT. One minute walk to limousine bus was great, easy access to Haneda and Narita. We used this hotel as a hub to store one of our suit case as we traveled around. Will we stay here again? Probably not.
