Property runs a ghost reception. Everyone self checks in and out. All rooms phones are out of service permanently. Stay for a week and get two instant coffees. No room service.

Dont expect reception to be there during your stay. We managed to find a girl in the office with the blinds shut upon arrival. Stayed for 7 nights in total and saw s cleaner who was very helpful and had to open the office door once to try and get a problem solved because the person was chatting on their computer.

The price was reasonable. Since we had a small child, it was helpful to have a washing machine in the room. It was a little far to walk from the station with a small child. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so it was convenient.

Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights.
