Overall experience with stuff isn’t matching the price. I come to Tokyo often and stayed in this hotel for the pass 3 times however will not stay next time.

The rooms are insanely small but the services and hospitality and location of the hotel compensate all of that. The Desk Lady was very sweet and polite and helped me to do a midnight check in!

The location of the property was pretty good with a great view of the Tokyo tower in the lobby. The staff were all friendly and ready to help. While the rooms were spacious (which we paid a premium for), there were several things we did not like and we will unlikely return for those reasons. 1. The shower floor did not look good at all. The grout looked moldy and we did not even want to step on the tiles. With dark tiles, we could easily see the dust on the bathroom floor. 2. The a/c was blowing right in our faces while in bed. The position of the air outlet was not great. If we were to turn off the a/c, the room gets stuffy. But if we were to leave it on at night, it’s uncomfortable with the air blowing at us. 3. There was noticeable dust on the couch. 4. Being on the 17th floor, there was a ledge that sticks out under the windows of 17th floor. It reflects a lot of heat into the room as the sun/UV hits the ledge. We also got the lowest floor of the hotel both times we stayed there. Both times booked through Expedia so it feels like Expedia bookings get the not so great rooms on the 17th floor, which is the only floor without ice machine or vending machine.

We would also like to thank you again for taking the time to provide us with your feedback after your stay.Our hotel is located within a 5-minute walk from the nearest Shimbashi station and close to Ginza's Chuo-dori Avenue, Kabuki-za Theater, and Tsukiji Market.The hotel is also surrounded by convenience stores and drugstores, which are very popular among our guests.The view of Tokyo Tower from the 16th floor lobby is very popular among our guests. The view of the Tokyo Tower lit up at night is especially special.We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the great compliments you have given to our staff.We apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced regarding the cleaning.We would have checked every corner of the room prior to your arrival and made preparations, but we are acutely aware that this check was inadequate.We will strengthen our inspections during the cleaning process to prevent this from happening again in the future.There are only two Deluxe View Bathrooms on each floor and one Deluxe King Room on each floor. Therefore, it may be difficult to stay on a higher floor.We ask for your kind understanding.We will continue to make every effort to provide our guests with even greater satisfaction.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
