This properties location is great! And the rooms are perfect for families and the rooms were very clean. The staff were very professional and friendly and the laundry machines were a good touch. Will definitely return when we come back

Have a wonderful stay in this apartment hotel . It’s very convenient n staff are all very helpful. When we informed them that we have lost our phone , they did what they could to assist us . Definitely will be a great choice for staying there if you are going to Tokyo . Communication is not a problem as the staffs could speak English

Amazed at how the front desk took care of us. There was an issue with our luggage that was completely my fault, and they were able to make it right. That fix completely changed our ability to enjoy our last day in Tokyo. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Japan.

It’s a nice hotel however not as close to Shinjuku station as expected. The mattress on the bed was dented in the centre and the pillows were too soft, they’d part in the centre when sleeping. Other than that, very friendly staff, very clean and tidy.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. We paid over $600 a night. My concerns was with housekeeping. At over $600 a night I would expect full housekeeping daily, however bins were emptied and towels replaced daily but no other cleaning such as vacuuming or bed making was completed. It was completed on the last night of our stay but not sure why it would not have been done at the half way mark of the stay. We had stayed at a number of hotels during our stay and this was the only one with reduced housekeeping and amenities. There were limited amenities available in reception. I would not recommend this hotel as I believe you could find better hotels with increased services for the same or less per night. In the AD it did say housekeeping included, so not sure if this was a recent change. The reception staff were very friendly.
