4 stars for the property condition only due to the front desk being refurbished. I stayed in the room on my own. The room was small a perfect for one. It would be cramped for 2 people. The breakfast buffet was a sample of the different Japanese style of food you could have. It was tasty.

Good location near the Tokyo train station. Staff was helpful but as I should've expected, the room was TINY. We got a room for 2 people and it really should've only been for one person as there wasn't even any space to put the luggage. Good spot for a quick overnight stay.

Trying to use the kiosks to check in was frustrating and time consuming.

Great property easy to walk to Tokyo station. Rooms are on the smaller side.
