Great location.
7-8mins walk to nearby restaurant.
Shuttle bus in the morning on time as expected in Japan.

Close to airport. Shuttle service was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful and they could speak English. The hotel is quite new. My room was clean and I slept well. I'd come again.

Even though it is right next to the airport, which we wanted for convenience, it wasn’t that loud. Never heard a plane take off. I booked the wrong size room, the staff helped me change the room, (small fee). Very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay!

Very close to Haneda with free shuttle so if you are in and out this is a good option. I had some time to spend here but it's not in a convenient location in terms of walking access to services and restaurants. Self check-in so I didn't speak to any staff at all.
