The Kaika hotel was very unique and interesting. We liked the art displays. The room was small, but well laid out. we LOVED the bathroom, the combined shower/bath room was so great. And the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast downstairs was disappointing and very expensive. We did enjoy the lattes and juice though. The windows in the rooms did not open, which surprised us. So the rooms were very stuffy overnight. And the air intake vents were very dirty, they had a thick layer of dust on them, so I don't think the air quality in the rooms was great. We loved the neighbourhood the hotel is in, we rented biked a few days and biked to the SkyTree and biked around the river. A very quiet and safe area!

Great place to stay, rooms large for Tokyo, only slight negative is it’s about a 5 to 10 minute walk to any train line.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable. Staff was also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. We also travelled with our four little ones and they loved it!

Clean room, nice bathroom and shower. Great working AC. WiFi was a bit slow but otherwise the place is really nice. Staff is helpful as well. About 10-13min walk from subway station.
