The hotel is close to Shinjuku city and shopping district, it felt mostly safe

Good cheap stay. Room wasn’t the biggest and there was some noise from the shower in other rooms. Property is under renovation but we didn’t hear any noise from the works or experience any distruption. Staff were friendly, location was an easy walk to everything in Shinjuku

Although I only stayed here for one night, I really liked this hotel. The free breakfast was delicious and consisted of a lot of variety (much better than other hotel breakfasts I've had in Japan). The staff were helpful and friendly. I liked how it was tucked away in a smaller street, yet it was walkable to the main Shinjuku area for shopping and convenient transportation.
Overall, I would 10/10 recommend.

I love this place as it is located in Shinjuku sanchome, where is convenient to go everywhere. secondly , the breakfast is so good that it has western and Japanese style . I always love to end the breakfast with Via Inn blend cappuccino. I definitely will come back and stay again.

I liked the room and the entrance (well-lit and wide). The hotel is easy to find.
