The hotel was under renovation, we couldn't access to the restaurant. The hotel room was mediocre, musty and old. The bathroom was also outdated. The staff was nice, polite and helpful.

The Cafe had the most amazing higher quality buffet breakfast. Also great for dinner. Hotel is 15 minute walk from shopping area. Subway stop below hotel.

Hotel was average and not worth the cost. Only half the staff were polite and helpful. We stayed here during the 5.0 earthquake and no one blinked an eye. They told us to go back to our room. Not very comforting when you aren’t from Japan and have never been in this situation.
