I’m truly grateful to the staff of this hotel. Our bags were delayed from our flight and we were left without many of our necessities and the staff made sure we had toiletries, pyjamas, and power converters for our phone chargers. They truly went above and beyond and we are so thankful to the team at the Hotel Wing.
The room itself was practical, clean and gave you everything you need. By Tokyo standards the room is fine in size, but may be small for some travellers.
Location wise, it was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood within roughly a 10 minute walk to two different train stations and about a 20 minute walk to either Tokyo Tower or the Ginza main precinct.
I recommend this property for your stay. I’ll definitely stay again when I visit Japan in a year.

Staff are friendly and the room is clean. I also like that there is a switch on the fridge to turn it off easily. But the internet is somehow unstable.

Don’t stay here unless you’re desperate, rooms were small and not close to much within walking distance. Staff were rude

Room was great and clean. Not too spacious but perfect for one person and maybe 2! Towels were replaced everyday and the lobby had everything! Great stay in the heart of Minato
