Excellent hotel. I don’t know how it compares to other hotels in Japan because it’s my first one, but it would be a 4 star in Canada. My only complaint would be that the bed was quite hard for a soft Canadian. My understanding is that this is very common in this country though. The staff were absolutely lovely and O would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was really nice and helpful when checking in. I love the amenities that come with this hotel and it’s conveniently attached to a mall with amazing food and shopping options. This is our second time staying here and we will be coming back.

Confortable room, nicely arranged, clean… excellent. Close to train station, very good breakfast buffet. Very good bed. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel room’s cleanliness does not meet the normal standard. Onsen area is small, price not worth. Some staff are very rude. Will not come back again. Not recommended.

I stayed here six night and it was very comfortable, I recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. Lots of options and everything is really good. I did also add the spa on my stay as well, but unfortunately it’s not tattoo friendly which was something I didn’t realize was a thing as it was my first time visiting Japan. The staff were super nice and helpful! Overall it was so nice, close to train and mall is literally next door. Definitely would stay here again :)
