The hotel is excellently positioned in Ginza. The room was comfortable but a bit small. The bathroom was good. The bar had a fantastic view. The dining option was very expensive- we didn’t indulge.

This place was nice but the highlight was definitely the staff. They were so kind and welcoming! I’d stay here again!

Wonderful staff, very attentive and caring. Property is well taken care off. Everything was on point. Walkable distance to Ginza shops. Definitely recommend.

This hotel feels quite tired and outdated. A bit grubby in places

It was a nice property for the price point. The restaurant was fantastic. Second time having Italian in Japan and it was excellent.
