The property is very convenient and accessible to multiple stations making it easier to navigate in Tokyo. The staff are very helpful.

Bed is uncomfortable, I could not sleep well. It likes needs to change immediately. Closed the subway station did not have elevator, it’s hard for people carried luggage.

Roomy hotel with clean pjs, nice breakfast buffet however not much food options i.e. limited vegetables or fruits. Hotel was a bit old but quite clean, a bit disappointed with tv which only had local channnels. Free toiletries and drinking water were a nice bonus though.

Hotel is nice and well appointed with a small diner downstairs and near a train station in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable clean room with helpful staff. We were able to check in 3 hours early which was wonderful after traveling and walking in the hot humid weather. Handy coin-operated laundry facility. Breakfast buffet was mediocre offering many options but Denny’s across the street offered great options at half the price.
