Exceptional staff and superior comfort!
Posted 20 Nov 2019 on HotelsOur favorite hotel experience in our world travels, because of its exceptional staff service and combination of beauty and comfort within the room! It is a traditional style Japanese decor with all the comforts expected of the modern western, including spaciousness, shower area with “onsen” soaking tub, washlet style toilet, bar area with stocked refrigerator and espresso machine. We also liked having a clothes washing area and a quiet library with snacks steps away down the hall. After a day in busy Tokyo, it was wonderful to retreat to a very quiet hotel with a comfortable attached restaurant. The nearest train station is only a short walk away, as are a few cafes and other eateries.

Posted 17 Nov 2019 on HotelsExceptional in every way. Boutique feel, attentive staff invested in you as a guest, wonderful adjoining restaurant. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Wonderful location very close to JR and metro stations but quietly tucked away. Serene doesn’t begin to describe how relaxing this place is. A wonderful oasis!! I wish other 5 star hotels would take lessons from here!
