Amazing location. A little old but very clean. Great value for the money in downtown Tokyo!

If you're looking for a cheap room JUST for a place to sleep, this works. I got a room for $60 which wasn't terrible since I had a train to catch the next morning at Shinagawa station and all the hotels near the station are at least double the price.
