I didnt like that the bed and pillow were as hard as the ground and the walls were so thin, it felt like you were in the same room as your neighbor

I was disappointed a receptionist who is the lady take care of us this evening.
She had no smile, no detailed explanation, no kindness, no greeting, etc.
I was so sorry about her responding. Thank you for your understanding.

It was very comfortable stay for business, welcome coffee was so good, and sufficient facility.

Laundry facilities and breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious!

A nice place to end the day
Posted 17 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe staff is very friendly and thankfully a couple of them speak English, so anything I couldn't understand in Japanese was translated for me.
The room is clean and has a bed, tv, desk, vanity, radio, ac/heater, and bath/bidet room. The cleaning ladies do a very good job tidying up the room and always leave a new pair of slippers and towels for the next day.
When you step out of the hotel, you can leave your room key at the front desk and they will return it to you when you arrive later.
Unfortunately, I never tried the free breakfast, it was a little too early in the day for me (7-9am). Thankfully there were restaurants, malls, and convenience stores located nearby. And on the first floor there are vending machines, coffee machines, ice machines and laundry machines~
Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel and I would love to revisit in the future.
